Studio Contaldo, through the collaboration of a national and international network of partners, offers services of integrated architectural and structural design, interior and product design, sustainable design and consultancies.

In the respect of clients’ program and budget, the Studio aim to design buildings achieving the best possible functional performances and internal comfort conditions with the lowest energy demand and running costs, offering an integrated approach since the project inception, ensuring best results in terms of: form, function, aesthetic and performance.

The Studio is ready for the new BIM (Building Information Modelling) and has experience in most of the green building standards such as: LEED (Arch. Contaldo being LEED AP), BREEAM, WELL, FitWell (Arch. Contaldo being Fitwel Ambassador), Code for Sustainable Homes, Three Star Rating System (the Chinese standard).

Over the years, the Studio gained experiences and expertise, both in design and building phase, of new national and european standars such as: CAM (Criteri Ambientali Minimi), DNSH (Do not significant harm), CRREM (Carbon Rist Real Estate Monitor), Eu Taxonomy.

We also offer environmental simulations services, specifically in the fields of Daylighting and CFD (computational fluid dynamics).
