The building insists on an area previously used as garden and orchard.Only recently the site became suitable for residential developments.
The shape of the building arises then from the desire to preserve the most emergent existing trees.According to that the building decomposes and scatters in three wings, surrounded by trees and green.
Each wings has different height, a glazed volume hosts staircases and lift up to the second floor. The East Wing has three storeys being the rooftop penthouse a duplex.
All the dwellings have double side natural ventilation and view towards garden making the living experience of households closer to that achievable in a villa than in a flat.
